New!! TC-872
A product literally years in the making, the new TC-872 material solves the gap in thermal set resin systems for a material that gives the feel of polypropylene with tough, high temperature heat resistance properties. Great for snap fit parts and living hinges.
· 116°C Heat Deflection Temperature
· High Impact Resistance (1.78 Izod)
· Polypropylene by feel, polyethylene by flex
· Non mercury, RoHS compliant
· Easy to work with, relatively low viscosity and rapid demould time (<1hr)
Not only are the heat deflection temperatures impressive, TC-872 has flexural capabilities without the typical stress fracturing of other 72 shore D urethanes. This is a product that will take the prototyping industry by storm. From the response we've received so far, this is an exciting product and worthy of consideration for future projects.

NEW!! TC-895
A product with great physical properties, which is easy to process, and can withstand very high temperatures. TC-895 is a rigid 84 Shore D polyurethane casting system that maintains structural integrity at 171°C. Part applications for automotive, electronic, and industrial equipment are a few of the many uses incorporating the TC-895. It is also excellent for rotational molding. Most part configurations do not require support during post-cure. TC-895 is RoHS compliant and free of substances that are restricted by a majority of major manufacturers around the globe.
