Honle LED SpotThe LED Spot has been developed for all applications requiring an intensive UV irradiation over a larger area. Thanks to its high intensity and the possibility to program complete process sequences (for example exposure series with different intensities and holding times) the shortest possible cycle and machine throughput times can be realised, especially in fully automated production lines.

The square light emitting aperture is 20 mm x 20 mm, however depending on the required intensity and homogeneity this can be increased considerably by altering the distance between the device to the substrate. The resulting irradiation field can then be divided into four segments, which can be activated and programmed independently from each other. The LED Spot registers both the LED operating hours, as well as the units operating hours.

As this device utilises LED’s, it naturally has a very long service life, the typical life span of an LED is longer than 20,000 hours. The LED’s can be switched on and off as often as necessary, without any time wastage, they do not require a heating time or a cooling phase. The integrated fan provides more than adequate cooling, even for continuous operation.

Applications

The LED Spot is generally controlled by the Honle LEP HP Controller. It is the ideal choice for bonding, fixing or encapsulating components within the electronic, optical and medical sectors. Its high intensive UV irradiation also lends it well for use within the chemical, biological and pharmaceutical sectors.

Hoenle LED Spot W

Honle LED Spot WThe LED Spot W provides a very intensive UV irradiation over a large area, whilst only requiring a very small amount of space. Thanks to the external water cooling system, this miniature device offers a high intensity and can be used within a clean room environment, as it does not require an integrated fan.

The square light emitting aperture of the LED Spot W has a size of 20 mm x 20 mm, which as with the LED Spot can be altered by changing the distance between the device and the substrate. Similarly, the irradiating light can be divided into four sections and controlled separately.

The LED Spot W also comes with an intelligent power control and the unit itself registers both the LED operating hours, as well as the units operating hours.

This compact device has all the benefits of utilising LED’s – long service life, no heating time or stand-by time, suitable for use on temperature sensitive materials. It is available in different wavelengths, thus making it possible to adapt the LED head to any application.

Applications

The LED Spot W is generally controlled by Hoenle LED HP Controller with Process Flow. It is suitable for all applications outlined by the LED Spot above, however as this compact device doesn’t require an integrated fan, it opens the doors to a range of different applications in a clean room environment.

Hoenle LED Spot 100 (High Power)

Honle LED Spot 100The LED Spot 100 has been developed for all applications requiring a highly intensive irradiance over a large area. The LED assembly, as well as an electric power control, guarantee both a high intensity and homogenous distribution of light. The device provides a high process stability, producing repeatable results and works especially well in fully automated product lines where the shorted cycle times and be realised and executed.

The light emitting aperture of the LED Spot 100 is 100 mm x 100 mm, and this can be considerably increased by altering the distance between the device and the substrate. For even bigger irradiation fields, several LED Spot 100s can be connected without any gaps. An integrated fan is utilised allowing adequate cooling even for continuous operation.

The LED Spot 100 comes with all the benefits of the above products, with an excellent service life, intelligent power control, in-unit LED & total unit operating hours register. The wavelengths can be altered, allowing the LED head to adapt to any required application, and of course, it requires no heating time or cooling phase and can be turned on and off as often as needed.

The LED Spot 100 is generally controlled by the Hoenle LED Power Drive. It is suited for the bonding, fixing or encapsulating of components in the electronic, medical and optical sectors. Its high-intensity UV irradiation lends it very well to applications within the biological, chemical and pharmaceutical sector. It is also a brilliant choice for providing fluorescent stimulation for materials testing and picture processing.
