Vitralit® 7041 250gm
Vitralit® 7041 is a low viscosity, UV and/or visible light cure, and transparent acrylate adhesive.
Vitralit® 7041 is specially designed for plastic bonding. It provides excellent adhesion to PC, ABS or PET and shows good adhesion to glass and metal.
Vitralit® 7041 is suitable for transparent plastics with low UV transmission such as PC and has met the requirements for USP Class VI and is suitable for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices.
Low viscosity makes Vitralit® 7041 ideal for needle bonding and other medical applications where wicking of the adhesives into the pre-assembled parts is required. It is compatible with sterilization by autoclaving, gamma irradiation and ETO.
Elecolit® 414 is a 1K silver-filled, electro conductive coating substance, that hardens into a flexible, chemical resistant, expandable, non-deformable and friction resistant film.
When used with common plastics Elecolit® 414 has outstanding bonding properties (among others on polyamide. It is, for example, used in foils for exterior mirrors, that are heated).
Elecolit® 414 is medium viscosity and contains 87% silverflake. Elecolit® 414 is usually heat cured for 16 minutes at 70°C or as short as 5 minutes at 150°C.
Structalit 5894 30cc Syringe
Structalit®5894 is a thermal cure 1K glop top product that cures fast at low temperatures and features excellent shock resistance and can be stored at 5°C for 6 months in unopened containers.
Structalit®5894 is high viscosity and contains 50% quartz. Structalit®5894 is usually heat cured for 45 minutes at 100°C or as short as 3 minutes at 150°C.
Structalit® 701 is a two part, thermal curing epoxy adhesive. The product appears amber and transparent in thin layers. Structalit® 701 has good bonding to a wide range of materials including metals (alumina, steel and stainless steel) and many plastics. It provides good application behavior, long pot life and short curing time.
Structalit® 701 is temperature resistant up to 200°C and has shown excellent moisture and chemical resistance which makes it suitable for sterilization methods including autoclaving, ETO and gamma irradiation.
Structalit® 701 is low viscosity and is usually heat cured for 20 minutes at 80°C or as short as 1 minutes at 200°C. (The curing properties influence the bonding strength and the intensity of the color of the adhesive. High temperatures increase the intensity of the color. We recommend testing the best curing conditions for your product.)
Vitralit 4731 250gm
Vitralit® 4731 is a UV/visible light curable material that bonds to a variety of substrates including metal, ceramic, glass and many plastics. The cured product is optically clear and resistant to yellowing. Vitralit® 4731 will cure to a tack free surface.
Vitralit® 4731 is very low viscosity and offers a temperature resistance of -40°C to +120°C. Vitralit® 4731 can be cured by exposure of UV light.
PNVI00002 (100gm) / PNVI00004 (20gm)
Vitralit® 4282 mod/2 is an anaerobic threadlocker / retainer with an ultraviolet light secondary cure system that permits part to be immediately bonded and held in place. With their excellent tensile, peeling and impact strengh as well as their excellent durability, the adhesives have been used in the wide variety of industries, such as electrical, electromics and automobile.
Vitralit® 4282 is very low viscosity and offers a temperature resistance of -40°C to +170°C. Vitralit® 4282 can be cured by exposure of UV light.
Vitralit 9181 100gm
Vitralit® 9181 is a medium viscosity, UV curable, plastic adhesive. It bonds to polycarbonate, PVC, polyester and other plastics. Vitralit® 9181 cures very rapidly even under low intensity UV lamps (25-45mW/cm²). Its tack-free finish and rapid cure make it a good choice for high volume bonding and tacking applications.
Vitralit® 9181 is low viscosity and offers a temperature resistance of -40°C to +150°C with a cure depth of 3mm. Vitralit® 9181 can be cured by exposure of UV light.
Vitralit 7989 250gm
Vitralit® 7989 is a UV-A curable adhesive with medium viscosity. Because of its elasticity there is an excellent bonding to most plastic materials and it has a good gap filling ability for cleavage.
Vitralit® 7989 is classified by USP Class VI and qualified for all sterilisation methods customary in the market.
Vitralit® 7989 can be cured by exposure of UV light and offers a temperature resistance of -40°C to +135°C.
Vitralit 4050 - 250gm
Vitralit® UV 4050 is a low viscosity, transparent and modified acrylate adhesive with good bonding to a wide range of materials including plastics, metals and glass.
Vitralit® UV 4050 is suitable for transparent plastics with low UV transmission such as PC.
Vitralit® UV 4050 has met the requirements for ISO 10993-5 and is suitable for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices.
Low viscosity makes Vitralit® UV 4050 ideal for needle bonding and other medical applications where wicking of the adhesives into the pre-assembled parts is required. It is compatible with sterilization including autoclaving, gamma irradiation and EtO.
Vitralit® UV 4050 can be cured by exposure of UV and/or light. Increased cure properties are developed after 12 hours. High bonding strength can be developed using UV lamp with gallium bulb and with high intensity.
