You can use the website as a 'Guest' but if you want to place an order it is better to create an online account. To create an online account you will need to Register. Simply click on the 'Register' link at the top of the page. This will take you to new page with a registration form. Enter your email address and a password. All the prices shown in the online catalogue are exclusive of VAT. If applicable, VAT will be added to your order at checkout. If you are a customer from outside the UK, please provide your VAT number at the checkout and if your ship to country qualifies any VAT will be removed from your order.

When Logged in to the online catalogue click on the 'My Account' tab to review your list of recent orders. If the order is shown as 'complete' then it has shipped.
Standard delivery for in stock items is 24 hours. (The order must be placed online before 3.00pm GMT to guarantee delivery.) If you are ordering goods that are on a lead time then please add this to the 72 hours. Please note our carrier delivers on usual working days (Monday to Friday). When Logged in to Techsil Online click on the 'My Orders' tab to review your list of recent orders. If your orders shows as despatched but you have not received it you can contact the Customer Services team on [email protected] who will be happy to track your order.
On receipt of a short shipment simply turn over the delivery note and fill in the form on the back. Fax the form to the number provided and a member of the Customer Service Team will deal with the problem. Alternatively you can download a Delivery Discrepancy Form from our website and send it to us. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team if you need any assistance with your order.
We endeavour to supply your order within 28 working days of you placing it online. In some rare instances products take longer than 28 days. This is usually because they are made to order specifically for you or are supplied from outside the United Kingdom. If you have any concerns or worries about delivery contact [email protected] who will be able to advise you of lead times prior to you placing an order.
To get an VAT invoice you need to register online before you place your order. Invoices can be viewed and printed from the 'My Account' section which you can get to by clicking on the link on the top of the screen. If you place an order as a guest user without registering you will get an order confirmation by email but unfortunately you cannot access a VAT invoice.
