It is necessary for me to register an account to place an order online?

You are able to check out as a guest, however there are a number of benefits in creating and using an account on our website. These benefits include:

  • keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • viewing all order history (placed on the account)
  • view and download VAT invoices, despatch notes and credit memos
  • Storing alternative shipping addresses
What are my payment options online?

Payment for online orders can be made with either debit or credit card or with PayPal account. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Which shipping providers do you use?

We use a range of couriers to suit the items being shipped (non-hazardous vs. LQ or hazardous). More detailed information can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Am I able to arrange my own shipping?

Yes, please choose collection/ex works as your shipping method at the checkout.

Can I ship to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, there is an option once you reach the checkout to enter separate billing and shipping addresses.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Worldwide delivery is available on order placed via our website. A quote for your shipping will appear at the checkout once your delivery address details have been entered. If you have your own couriers, you can choose collection/ex works as your shipping method to activate this option.

How long it will it take to receive my order?

If your order is placed before 3pm (GMT) and the item(s) is in stock delivery will be with you next working day (UK orders) or within 2 - 3 days (Europe). If your item(s) is not available for immediate despatch you will be contacted by a member of our Web Team with your estimated delivery date.

Can I track my order?

We have tracking references available for all of our shipments. Please contact a member of our Web Team to request your tracking reference.

Do I have to pay VAT?

If you are within the UK there will be a 20% VAT charge applicable on your orders. If you are ordering from outside the UK, or your order is to be delivered outside the UK then VAT may not be applicable. If you have a VAT number, please include this with your order.

How can I get a VAT invoice?

If your order was placed whilst logged into your account you will be able to download a copy of your VAT direct from the website. If you have checked out as a guest you can contact the Web Team directly who will be happy to send you a copy of your invoice via email.
