BJB SC-22 was developed as a softening agent for use with many BJB polyurethane elastomers to allow the end user to adjust the hardness and elongation properties.
BJB SC-22 is a softening agent that allows the end user to adjust the hardness and elongation properties to meet their exact desired characteristic. SC22 is clear is colour and can be added to any of BJB's polyurethane elastomers.
Most popular choices for this grade are F-105, F116 and F-126 resins.
Higher levels of SC-22 can significantly reduce the cured physical properties and increase the cure time of the polyurethane.
SC-22 is not recommended for BJB's flexible Water Clear products. May cause yellowing and decreased physical properties.
