Web Customer Service Team
Our Web Team look after customers who place orders via our online portal. The website was designed to be most beneficial for customers with smaller or ‘one off’ orders; there are no minimum order value restrictions online and due to lower processing costs we are able to offer lower pricing than is possible through the sales office on smaller orders. In addition, orders online benefit from a lower (or even free) carriage charge.
The website is able to offer the option of worldwide shipping, this is not always possible through the sales office.

Sales Office Customer Service Team
Our Sales Office Team look after larger, contract and industrial customers. They have a dedicated Technical Team in place who offer technical support for specific applications and also provide technical advice for any bonding or sealing challenges.
Although there are minimum order quantity requirements in place for sales office orders, if you are looking to order frequently and in large quantities there is the opportunity to apply for a trade account (credit account facility) which will simplify your ordering process.
