Orders, Shipping, and Returns
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website, or, if you have a Sales Office Account with us, send a purchase order via email to sales@techsil.co.uk.
Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes. You can arrange your own courier or provide us the appropriate information, and we will book it for you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected from our warehouse.
Can I order over the phone?
No, for traceability we ask that all orders are sent via email or placed on the website.
Can I pay over the phone?
If you have a credit account with us, you can pay over the phone via our sales office by calling 01789 773 232.
If you order via our sales office and don’t have a credit account, we will send you a pro forma invoice via email, and you can then call the office and make payment over the phone.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, however due to global circumstances some countries we cannot ship to, please read our shipping guidelines.
How much will it cost to ship to____?
Shipping charges will vary from country to country. For domestic sales office customers, orders under £750 have a £15 charge, all costs will be confirmed once an order is placed.

How will my order be shipped? What couriers do TECHSiL use?
For domestic shipping: DPD, TNT, and Palletforce Network
For international shipping: Fedex and DHL
How do I make a return?

I need a product from TECHSiL and one from Viking/GlueOnline/Eurobond/BJB. Can I make one order?

I previously purchased from Silicone Solutions/M-Tec where do I go to order now?
Silicone Solutions and M-Tec are integrated into TECHSiL. For any orders please use our website or send a purchase order via email to sales@techsil.co.uk.
Is there a minimum spend?
For online orders there is no minimum spend. For account customers, any orders less than £250 will have a £25 surcharge.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If the items order are in stock, we aim to deliver next day and contact will be made otherwise. Lead times also apply. For more information view our shipping policies.
What are your opening hours?
Office: 8:30am – 5pm
Warehouse (Collection Only) 6am - 4:30pm
Why do some products have a longer lead time?
Some items are made to order or have a short shelf life. Additionally, we work with a large manufacturer base which have varying lead times.

Can TECHSiL manage stock for me?
Yes, we can hold stock and call-off orders, please call 01789 773 232 to discuss.
Do TECHSiL offer onsite visits?
Yes, TECHSiL have an extensive external sales team which cover numerous sectors and regions. Please contact sales@techsil.co.uk to make an enquiry.
Can TECHSiL repackage bulk materials into smaller cartridges or syringes?
Yes, we have repacking facilities and are an authorised repacker for many of our suppliers. We can repackage materials to meet your dispensing requirements whether that is syringe, cartridge, tub, or pail.
Can TECHSiL slit tape to a non-standard width or to a die cut shape for my application?

Do you offer product training?

Accreditations and Traceability
What accreditations does TECHSiL hold?
TECHSiL has ISO9001:2015 quality approval and is JOSCAR registered. Other accreditations TECHSiL hold include being a Momentive A1 distributor, and AS90120 quality assurance (Viking Tapes).
Where can I find TECHSiL’s ISO certificate?

Do TECHSiL offer full traceability?
Yes, every item is booked with its own lot number which follows through to dispatch. We can also provide manufacturer certificates of conformity or analysis.
Where can I get a product technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS)?
Please contact sales@techsil.co.uk with details regarding the product TDS or SDS you require.
Do all materials come with full supporting documentation and traceability?
If you require full supporting documentation, please request it at time of order.
Does TECHSiL stock FDA approved adhesives?
Yes, TECHSiL can supply FDA approved adhesives. This information is stated where applicable on our product pages.

Where is TECHSiL based?
TECHSiL have offices located in Bidford, Warwickshire and Keighley, West Yorkshire. We also have a sales office in Germany.
What products do TECHSiL offer?
We distribute a wide range of products including adhesives, sealants, silicones, O-rings, mould making materials, Tapes, surface cleaners, lubricants, paints, resins, and more.
