THERMAL INTEGRITY (AI & HIGH-DENSITY COOLING)

AI-optimised server racks now exceed 40kW–100kW, making thermal management the primary bottleneck. We supply high-performance Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), including gels, pastes, and gap fillers with high W/m·K ratings, designed to bridge the gap between high-power GPUs/CPUs and heat sinks. Our solutions ensure maximum heat dissipation, preventing thermal throttling and extending component life.

ASSEMBLY SPEED & STRUCTURAL STRENGTH

Traditional mechanical fasteners (screws, rivets, welds) are slow to install and can introduce "swarf" (metal shavings) into sensitive electronic environments. TECHSiL offers 3M™ VHB™ Tapes through our tapes brand Viking Tapes that provide immediate handling strength for rack enclosures and containment panels. These tapes distribute stress evenly, dampen vibration, and eliminate the need for drilling, significantly accelerating the final assembly stage.

FIBRE-SAFE RELIABILITY (LOW OUTGASSING)

In the world of high-speed networking, signal integrity is everything. Standard silicones can release volatiles that condense on optical transceivers, leading to "fogging" and signal loss. TECHSiL specializes in Low Outgassing materials (NASA/ESA standard compliant) specifically for optical module assembly and cable management, ensuring zero contamination in your most sensitive fibre-optic links.

ENVIRONMENTAL SEALING & CONTAINMENT

To achieve world-class PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness), hot and cold aisle containment must be air tight. We provide fast-curing RTV silicones and high-performance foam gaskets to seal plenums, floor tiles, and containment doors. Our UV-curing sealants allow for near-instant bonding and sealing, enabling contractors to complete room pressure tests ahead of schedule.
