Panacol Elecolit® 6607 Thermal Adhesive 30gm

Elecolit® 6607 is a thermally conductive adhesive with excellent metal bonding abilities from Panacol Adhesives. It can be cured at 80°C within 1 hour and can be processed via dispenser, screen printing or by spatula.

Grey in colour, this epoxy resin contains an aluminium oxide filler at 50% by weight. Cures to a shore hardness of 78-88 Shore D and offers a temperature resistance range between -40°C and +200°C.
