Momentive RTV6563LV Low Density & Low Outgassing Adhesive

Momentive RTV6563LV is a two-part, low density, low outgassing adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio. It cures at room temperature or in as little as one hour when exposed to heat, enabling rapid production, and is ideal for sealing and bonding applications where long-term reliability in harsh environmental conditions is required.

This adhesive is a semi-flowable paste, designed for applications where adhesive flow should be controlled. RTV6563LV has also shown to have excellent adhesion to many metal, composite, and organic substrates with a primer.

Potential applications include satellite, aerospace, and aviation.

RTV6563-LV meets ASTM E595 levels of low outgassing.
