Momentive SilCool™ TIG210BX Thermal Silicone 310ml

SilCool™ TIG210 BX is a thermal silicone compound from Momentive Performance Materials designed for use as a thermal interface materials between heat spreaders and heat sinks. This one component material exhibits virtually no oil separataion and has minimal weight loss at elevated temperatures; this contributes to the stability of the TIM interface under broad operational temperature ranges.
