PPG PR1005L Red Integral Fuel Tank Slosh Coating / Sealant 500g
PPG PR1005L is an aircraft integral fuel tank slosh coating with a service temperature range from -100 °F (-73 °C) to 250 °F (121 °C), with intermittent excursions up to 275 °F (135 °C). When uncured PR1005L is a think syrup like material suitable for application by brush, fill-and-drain, dip or spray.

PR1005L cures at room temperature by the evaporation of solvent forming a smooth, tough, flexible transparent film which has excellent adhesion to aircraft substrates and polysulfide sealants. The cured coating is also resistant to prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
PPG PR1005L is a one-part, synthetic rubber solution, designed as topcoat or barrier coating.
