What is a Cured In Place Gasket?

Cured In Place Gaskets or CIPGs are liquid gaskets which are applied directly to components and housings and then cured in place. They are ideal for sealing complex geometries where conventional gaskets can’t provide effective sealing. These gaskets allow for bonding and sealing at the same time and create a barrier on sensitive electronic components against dust, moisture and other contaminant ingress.
