Tecbond 440 adhesive is a high performance sprayable hot melt adhesive for packaging and product assembly applications. 440 is designed for use with Tec spray applicators.
Tecbond 440 is a polyolefin-based hot melt adhesive to be used with Tec spray applicators. This sprayable hotmelt is designed for product assembly and packaging applications.
Tecbond 440 offers a balance of open time, flexibility and high quality adhesion creating strong flexible bonds which can withstand vibration. This hotmelt is suitable for use on cardboard, foam, wood, and many plastics including difficult to bond plastics.
Like the rest of the Power Adhesives sprayable hot melt range, Tecbond 440 is 100% solid and solvent-free, it produces no harmful VOCs and uses no hazardous propellants.
Applications include upholstery, acoustic panels, insulation systems, panelling, POS displays, and automotive interiors.
